Kabupaten Jayapura, Jelajahpapua.com – Pemerintah Kabupaten Jayapura melakukan Gerakan Pangan Murah dalam rangka stabilisasi pasokan dan harga pangan (SPHP) langsung dibuka Penjabat (Pj) Bupati Jayapura, Ir. Semuel Siriwa.
Gerakan Pangan Murah yang dilakukan melibatkan sejumlah Dinas terkait, seperti Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UMKM, Perkebunan dan Peternakan, serta Ketahanan Pangan.
Penjabat (Pj) Bupati Jayapura, Ir. Semuel Siriwa mengatakan Gerakan Pangan Murah dapat terlaksana didukung oleh berbagai distributor dan agen yang turut serta menyediakan komoditas pangan dengan harga terjangkau kepada masyarakat. Dengan tujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan harga lebih murah dari pasaran, karena mendapatkan subsidi dari pemerintah Kabupaten Jayapura melalui OPD teknis.
“Langsung dekat dengan masyarakat, pasar murah akan digelar di beberapa pusat pemukiman agar warga dapat mudah mengakses kebutuhan pokok dengan harga terjangkau,” jelasnya.
Gerakan Pangan Murah sangat membantu masyarakat, kami harap masyarakat dalam membeli juga harus bisa supaya yang lain juga bisa dapat dan tidak ada rasa panik kehabisan stok barang,”katanya.
Dijelaskan, untuk subsidi yang diberikan melakukan kegiatan ini bervariasi mulai dari Rp 5 ribu sampai dengan Rp 20
8 ribu, seperti harga beras dari Bulog harga diturunkan jauh dari pasaran, ada juga harga telur ayam lokal Rp 50 ribu/rak dan lainnya.
Kegiatan ini juga tidak hanya dilaksanakan di Distrik Sentani saja, tapi nanti ada di distrik lainnya yang nanti akan dirapatkan terlebih dahulu oleh TPID dan lainnya. Dengan harapan menjaga stabilitas harga di Kabupaten Jayapura termasuk dalam persiapan menjelang perayaan hari raya besar keagamaan dan tahun baru dan juga dalam Stablisasi Pasokan dan Harga Pangan (SPHP).
Anggaran untuk subsidi yang dialokasikan oleh masing-masing Perangkat Daerah (PD) teknis diperkirakan mencapai Rp10 juta, meskipun realisasi anggaran bergantung pada jumlah produk yang terjual.
