Jayapura, Jelajahpapua.com – Komandan Lanud Silas Papare Marsma TNI Mokh Mukhson, S.E., M.M., memimpin Rapat Koordinasi Tour Of Area/Tour Of Duty (TOA/TOD) dan Usulan Kenaikan Pangkat (UKP) personel Lanud Silas Papare periode April 2025, bertempat di Ruang Rapat Mako Lanud Silas Papare, Senin (11/11/24).
Rakor TOA/TOD dan UKP ini merupakan upaya Lanud Silas Papare dalam rangka pembinaan satuan dan sarana pengendalian dalam pelaksanaan program kerja, agar peran fungsi dan tugas Lanud Silas Papare beserta satuan jajaran untuk menyiapkan sumber daya manusia TNI AU, dapat terlaksana dengan baik, efektif, efisien dan terukur.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Danlanud Spr dalam sambutannya mengatakan bahwa rapat TOA/TOD dan UKP tentunya sudah melalui tahapan-tahapan yang di susun oleh pejabat personel, tentunya dengan mempertimbangkan personel tersebut sudah memenuhi syarat untuk melaksanakan Tour Of Area/Tour Of Duty serta untuk kenaikan pangkat.
Lebih lanjut Danlanud Spr minta untuk mencermati dengan baik dan benar dalam membahas TOA/TOD dan UKP ini, karena menyangkut nasib dan masa depan personel yang bersangkutan.
Adapun Rapat TOA/TOD dan UKP ini disampaikan catatan administrasi para personel yang akan di usulkan oleh Dinas Personel kepada Danlanud dan para pejabat Lanud, selanjutnya diberikan tanggapan dari para pejabat, Dansatpom, Kakum dan Kaintelpam serta perwira lain yang hadir.**
