Adapun fokus pada Kunker yang dilakukan Penjabat Gubernur Provinsi Papua Ramses Limbong merupakan bentuk penguatan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan memperkuat peran Gubernur sebagai Wakil Pemerintah Pusat dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah dan pembangunan serta melihat secara langsung pelaksanaan pemerintahan dan pembangunan khususnya program strategis prioritas nasional dan daerah.
Dalam sambutannya Penjabat Gubernur Ramses Limbong mengatakan ada 7 point penting yang menjadi fokus pada pelaksanaan pemerintahan dan pembangunan khususnya program strategis prioritas nasional dan daerah diantaranya,
1.Fokus pada tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik yaitu, membina kapasitas kelembagaan agar mampu menjalankan tugas-tugas pemerintahan dengan efektif. Mengembangkan inovasi dalam pelayanan publik baik melalui pemanfaatan teknologi maupun pendekatan berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat setempat. Memperkuat fiskal daerah melalui akselerasi peningkatan PAD.
2. Pengembangan ekonomi lokal diantaranya, Mendorong ekonomi pengembangan ekonomi berbasis potensi lokal seperti agrobisnis, perikanan dan pariwisata alam Kabupaten Jayapura yang memiliki potensi pariwisata yang luar biasa.
3. Peningkatan pelayanan publik diantaranya, mendorong peningkatan aksebilitas dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan serta pendidikan program penanganan stunting dan imunisasi polio.
4. Pengendalian inflasi dan penurunan kemiskinan diantaranya, jaga ketersediaan barang kebutuhan pokok dan stabilitas harga di pasar. Pemerintah Kabupaten Jayapura harus mengoptimalkan program-program pengentasan kemiskinan terutama kemiskinan ekstrem.
5. Penanganan stunting dan polio diantaranya, memastikan program-program gizi dan kesehatan anak berjalan optimal kolaborasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait untuk mempercepat penurunan angka stunting pastikan seluruh anak mendapat imunisasi polio secara lengkap.
6. Mempersiapkan Pemilukada yang sukses ajak semua pihak untuk menjaga netralitas dan keamanan selama proses pemilu, tingkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemilu dengan memberikan edukasi politik yang baik.
7. Penguatan kearifan lokal dan pembangunan berbasis budaya budaya dan kearifan lokal adalah identitas kita yang harus dijaga dengan memastikan bahwa pembangunan tidak mengabaikan hak-hak masyarakat adat.
